iDome Application Examples

Abstract

Four applications of the iDome will be presented: they include molecular visualisation for public outreach, filming for remote operations, virtual heritage, and gaming. These applications and the techniques employed are not unique to the iDome, they can equally be used in a more traditionally oriented planetarium dome.
